PRACTICE
Group comprised of established 4 Gastroenterologists and 4 APPs
Bread and butter Gastroenterology practice with advanced procedures if desired
Call will be 1:5 with new recruit with only one hospital to cover
5 Endoscopy suites with blocked schedule offers providers 2.5 days/week of procedure time
400,000 population catchment area that is not over-saturated and little competition
FINANCIAL
Base Salary guarantee 550K-650K plus RVU production.
Up to $80,000 in recruitment bonuses (sign-on and relocation), profit sharing, 401k and competitive benefits
Proven earning income potential well over $700K
High potential income yet lower cost of living area, making your dollars stretch.
Qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
